RECONNECT is a unique retreat experience

Designed to help farmers reconnect with themselves and their purpose. By providing a nurturing space for holistic realignment of physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing, these retreats empower participants to become the best version of themselves through expert guidance and nourishing practices, as well as space to allow themselves well-deserved rest.

The three day program incorporates aspects of regenerative methodologies, mindfullness practices, functional movement and diet & microbiome health to create lasting connections and healthy habits.

Farmer’s Footprint Australia will be running two immersive in-person retreats this year and encourage farmers who are looking to reconnect and realign with their purpose to apply for this zero-cost experience.

What to expect

Farmers, join us for a transformative three-day retreat designed for twenty participants. Together, we’ll embark on a journey of co-creation, forging lasting relationships and unlocking our true potential.

Facilitation

We are honoured to collaborate with Matthew Burke from Optimal Health Essentials. Matthew will lead the retreat and build the schedule of experiences. He is one of Australia’s leading progressive health practitioners with years of retreat experience in various health modalities.

Accommodation

Both retreats will have several styles of accommodation options from shared cabins to Glamping tents and we will do our best to accommodate everyone’s preferences.

Food

Both retreats will nourish participants with delicious meals and snacks provided by local producers and chefs, according to participants dietary requirements. The menu will be local, regenerative and animal-based.

Cost

There is no cost to participants aside from travel to and from the locations.
